What does multimodal transportation mean?
It combines two or more transport modes in one coordinated cargo journey, such as road, rail and ocean freight.
Can ERL support both import and export cargo?
Import and export movements can be discussed with ERL. The route, cargo requirements and available services are reviewed for each shipment.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL means a full container load booked for one shipment. LCL means less than a container load, where smaller consignments share container space.
Can customs support be combined with transportation?
Customs and documentation support can be coordinated with transportation, subject to shipment requirements and applicable procedures.
Can ERL coordinate warehousing and final delivery?
Warehousing and final delivery may be coordinated through the logistics network, where operationally available.
How do I request a quote?
Use Get a Quote to prepare and review your shipment details. Online transmission is still being prepared, so completing the flow does not send a request.
Is customer tracking available?
Digital capabilities, including shipment visibility and a customer portal, are in development. Live customer tracking is not currently available here.
